Come away with me for a weekend of yoga, great food, and relaxation. In Sanskrit, Pradipika means “to illuminate”, and this retreat is 

designed to do just that: shed a little light on all of our lives as the clocks go back and we transition to the darkest months of the year. The Quaives is a beautiful retreat centre in Kent, within easy reach of London (less than 2 hours drive or an hour on the train to Canterbury plus a short taxi ride). Our retreat includes four extended and carefully constructed yoga practices in a beautiful, purpose built yoga shala. The practices will be varied in style and are designed to be suitable for a variety of levels of experience. And you can choose to practice as much, or as little, as you want. Expect tasty, abundant, and healthy food expertly prepared by professional chef, Henrietta Green. Above all else, this weekend is a chance to relax in beautiful surroundings with lovely people.

 

Accommodation is varied to suit many different price points, with prices ranging between £525-675 pp shared occupancy, which includes accommodation, all yoga practices, and delicious food throughout the weekend. You can opt for twin or king accommodation with either shared or private en-suite bathrooms, or a more affordable but equally comfortable bed in a shared dormitory which sleeps up to six adults. There will also be an option to add on a massage as an additional treat, if you wish.

 

This is designed to be an intimate, down-to-earth, relaxing retreat, and spaces are limited. It’s been almost 9 years since I last hosted my own yoga retreat, and I’m thrilled to once again be offering this opportunity for us all to escape our busy lives and carve out some space for ourselves, as well as dive into a few days of focused yoga practice together.
